Regarding the issue that you mentioned, if your phone still in warranty and no physical damage or liquid damage, it will be free of charge to replace the battery. If out of warranty already, it will cost around RM129 for replacement. It will takes a week for the service.
For the charging problem, we would like to advice you that it is better to unplug after fully charging. We do not advise customer to use the phone while charging because it might cause the phone overheat.
