haha HTC One vs. S4= personal preferences/

perfromance wise, it is well documented over the web that S4 performs better.. but HTC one performance is good enough for my mobile needs, so i have nothing to complain.. its like your car, sport car can go easily above 200km/h, but do you drive that fast? Honda city speed is just enough? 

and some people like touchwiz and amoled display, in which i don't really like..

im try both before..and finally htc one in my pocket. why...alot of function from s4 useless and we no need it..example..eye motion, air slide etc. for me..htc design tapaw s4 kaw2 and htc sense very practical and fulfill with what im need. at the same time..32gb storage same price with 16gb s4 storage. that very good bargain.

camera: HTC one having only 4mp (ultra pixel) camera, S4 having 13mp? in term of pixel, obviously S4 win miles ahead.. imo camera pixel is where i think HO is lacking the most, in which in most if not all smartphone nowadays 5mp is very common and considered low end dy.. but, so far, for daily usage, i think HO camera has done well to serve my needs, and taking picture in low light condition is better now (in which before this, i just don't have appetite to snap picture in low light conditon while using my previous phone).. HTC Zoe is a bonus, its fun to use, there were just some times/condition that i think Zoe is really practical to use..

in terms of design, HO having premium aesthetic while S4......... (plastic).... but depends, sometime ppl consider more on performance than design.. 

but, really, both are major flagship as of today, why not give it a try on both before you decide.. you are asking in HTC One thread, of course recommendation more bias toward HO.

the only MAIN point that you should go for S4 is removable battery, Removable storage (which you can ignore if ur willing to use OTG USB storage) and also higher megapixel (which you can ignore if you don't do zooming work like taking pics of documents, etc.) The REST is all towards the advantage of HO... Main killer... IT"S DESIGN! this HO is on par or even better than iPhone 4/4s/5. This HO deserves a spot in the modern art gallery! everything about the design just accentuates quality, premium & solid feel... The Super LCD is certainly one of the most accurately represented colours that you can get on a screen (AMOLED doesn't reproduce accurate colours) &  BOOMSOUND! Certainly by far the BEST sound quality speaker that you can find in a smartphone ever! Contradicting to S4 more superior tech spec, it's actually laggy on some situations where too much bloatware makes the s4 feels abit sluggish compared to the HTC One. Camera on the HO feels much snappier and faster compared tos4 due to the lower MP and also dedicated Image Sense for processing on the HO. Plus...If you use headphones alot, HTC One headphone jack has a build in amplifier to produce a more powerful, cleaner & crispier sound. Hope that helps in making your decision
