How come my one auto download the security.update-1.apk itself many times even I deleted it? Anyone got the same problem? Is it a virus?

Are you guy feel sometime the data signal not stable?sometime will jump 3g between 4g ?

today i received reply from HTC saying 64gb is less lag then 32gb version because it uses 4gb more to handle OS....dun know how true it is.....XD
