They want to be able to track all financial exchanges.
They can't if you pay each other through paypal.
Government/Bank Negara wants to know every transaction.
To prevent tax evasion issues.
I concur. If it is due to credit card fraud, they would have discontinued the service to merchants as well.They want to be able to track all financial exchanges.
