What a surprise.
Attracted 3 bidders.
Unit sold at 400k today. For a 2 bedroom unit (not duplex).
Unsure this is cheap price or not. Maybe coz of the upcoming mall at icity opening soon?

Another i-city Block A (i-soho) unit sold in the lelong market today.
Duplex unit.
Sold at reserve price 342,630. Single bidder.
Congrats. Good catch. But is an occupy unit. Not sure by who.
