so sad the MRT2 doesnt incld selayang. sweat.gif
but thing got 2 side la...
& the upcoming Star City mall look great. just about less than 10min drive frm S18.
opening on 2016. just in time fr S18 owner. thumbup.gif

From what I observe emerald is trying their best to pull in those retail inside their mall. Hope the Mercure hotel will help in surviving the mall. (Starcity as well)
Selayang point is the only condo perform well in this area.
Selayang really need a few good concept condominium to live up the area.
Let's pray 2016 is a good year for selayang area.

Ya they just completed 16 unit out of 18.
I guess they mayb need the access to build for the level 5
Clubhouse. Maybe soon they will start the construction
Of the other 2.
Left only 6month time , I think 3rd quarter 2016 can't
