I've read a lot about this. I started out with soreness all over my body to the level that I can't walk properly. But now, I don't feel as much soreness.
A lot of people suggests that soreness =/= good workout...
I usually treat it as a sign that I'm stronger ..

QUOTE(decypher @ May 29 2013, 11:30 AM) Did some search around the net and found some articles: http://www.daveywaveyfitness.com/exercises...r-muscle-growthhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qi...07063820AAtNNqLhttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.p...753#post9786753Apparently no soreness doesn't mean you are not building muscle. It means the body is getting used to the workout. I need to push myself with new routines! Yeah, but I thought adding weight = challenging your body as well ?
