Details of the complaint : I made payment to him on 23/05/2013 to purchase 10 units MS Office Home & Business 2010 @ RM3,500 and till now he still not yet send the stock to me. I tried to call him and he never pick up the phone and he replied me on whatapps he put his phone on SILENT Mode.

In his thread,he mentioned that once Payment recievied, please do allow 24 hours to 48 hours for them to take stock and postage it.

I requested him to take a photo of the products to prove he got 10 units of MS Office but he gave me alot of excuses.

I already inform him that he has to post the item to me by tommorow or refund the money to me before I make the police report,but he still no reply.

I really appreciate all your concern

First, the reason not deal in COD because he stay in Sabah, I am from KL.

Second, actually I did deal with him before by ordering 1 unit MS office home & business 2010. He did post the item to me on time. This is the second transaction. He able to provide an invoice to me as well.

The latest news is, he spent portion of my money already, and he actually does not have the stock.

His family just refunded the full amount to me this afternoon.

Case closed. Today is my lucky day.

Yes, his family knew this case and FULL amount RM3,500 refunded by his family.
