Actually this is possible if you are careful and with some luck as well. The thing is just how long you need and the longer u take mistakes might creep in.

A kiting Wiz with teleport + Blizzard and hydra should be able to kite till all dies. But how long?

TR? I don't think is gonna be useful. Maybe for running away to reposition yourself in case you get sucked in by vortex.

You gonna get surrounded and overpowered so yeah...

but really scare lah the blazing guardian (vortex ,illusionist ,desacrator 9or whatever the spell is))

cm wiz sure have problem bcos of guardian pew pew from far... imagine 2 packs of fire guardians elites... hohoho

Guardian elites are the least of my problem now since their projectile can be slowed using bubble. The biggest problem in this challenge is vortex from far or up close electrified + nightmarish combo.

Anyway barbs would have it easier but waller affix might kill too.

At 1st it seem like its a good idea to coop my DH with Bard cause they have very fast run speed with WOTB

so I ask him to draw all the elite to center...while i was waiting there (cause DH have slow move speed )

yup.. this is insane!
i felt like torturing ourselves but barb look like enjoying ww here and there

dunno... we tried grouping more but maybe its 4 players so hard to group the elites.. they just dont seem to follow on and they get stuck bcos of the small creeps...

without toc should be doable by barb.. only need evade freeze... the rest still can rend+hota. a skorn barb will be godly here cos can heavily rely on rend bloodlust for all affix except freeze.

i wuz running on kiasu gear - 80k hp, 700ar, 6.5k armor, 200k dps with soj and 5% ls... and oh yeah superstition! barb still got alot of other imba dmg reduction skills like ignore pain and overpower crushing advance

if i use my monk i think would die >10x... hehe

^ yeah 4 player dragging won't work. Best is just two player dragging while the other two provide vision on the meeting point by dying there so they are able to count the number of packs at the meeting point.

ermm..my respect to those done it and succeed, facing 6-7 elite pack is indeed fun and the same time challenging.

Tried, only able to take out partial of them elite pack out of 6-7 pack, numerous try last nite, but can't clear anything more than 5 pack, 4 pack in a group is my limit so far (depends on the affix they packing).

in those tries the most memorable battle is facing 4 packs with Extra Health affix (kinda stop luring the rest when getting all 4 with Extra health), its not the damage they are dealing but for that round i pump up my EHP and sacrifice my DPS, was dealing ciku damage to 4 elite packs with mega health and 2 of them with health link, 30+ min to clear them...

no vids since no victory..only able to take out 4 packs the most but that also depends on their affix.

All tries last nite are Solo, No Follower, without WoTB ToC, some runs are without Weap Master & Ruthless Passives, swap them out for more Defensive Passive, some runs with Fury Generator Passive. Relentless Passive are nice, discount on Fury Spending is nice + reducing the damage in critical times.

Runs With Higher EHP & Lesser DPS:
Better Survival, Longer time to kill & Lesser health return from LS, fatal in situation where the floor damage (molten, plague & etc) is your biggest enemy when they stacks up and unaware of it. need better evasive skills.

Higher DPS & Lesser EHP:
Shorter time to kill, better health return from LS, but the moment u stop hitting...you're dead, a good example when going with this setup is when kena fear and u run into the Plague, Desecretor & other similar floor damage...

need to find somewhere in between..

A good challenge for those looking to test or push your toons to the limit.
Bravo to those succeed...
