Games Animal Crossing 3DS XL in Malaysia?

Heard news that they will be releasing an Animal Crossing Limited Edition 3DS XL Bundle in Europe and NA in June.
Does anybody know where to pre-order or purchase this in Malaysia? Also, 3DS is newly region locked. Malaysia and Singapore follows under North America as NTSC right? Don't want to get the Japan or European PAL ones  |
