I think the current blocks are the best blocks interms of view and facing, KLCC view. When it comes to the north block, I wonder how can they sell with higher price. Eco world did the opposite by lauching the worst facing first and best facing last.

The sales person are all from GS realty, I wonder how many of the red dots are actual purchaser. The two sales person that walked me through is so green and inexperiance, they do not know what an incinerator is and never heard any news about that. Parking side by side or front back? duno then said low floor front back high floor side by side, what logic is that. Can resell before completion, duno has to refer to MS, they are GS, just do project. WTF

Could it be GS realty bought en-bloc and now hard sell to clear stock to second hand buyer?
