They should do away with agents. Prospective buyers tend to trust what an own employee say more and its also more convincing

Is this a problem related to outsourced sales force? No long term commitment and they just want to close the deals fast, hence promising the sky at times

Mahsing is a very ambitious developer and has grown leaps and bounds in past 5 years. Workmanship is average....

Not much after vp services...or not as appreciative of customers as developers such as eco world, dpc

View is not that important as long as we don't see squatter area down your balcony, which can be upsetting. Normal terraces are fine with me

I was told that incinerator doesn't result in bad smell. Particles produced could be a concern but they are saying it's safe...no maybe it's really safe.

Incinerator may reduce the occasional smell we get from the existing dump site right now.

No clear cut answer..purely judgmental
