Is phase 1 fully sold out? How about tower F ? How many percent taken ?

looking at the sticker chart, it looks like not much unit left. Since now buyer do not need to pay for downpayment, this will increase a bit on the sales. But still don't really believe the sticker chart.

Tower F around 80% sold, tower A& B less than 15 units. Tower E will be launch soon

Bro, tower C & D is last phase, waiting Tower E launch first. tower E will launching this month or July.

Any idea if they are going to close the sewerage treatment plant as there are ongoing sewerage piping construction there? Btw, notice the direct link to Kepong has been stopped , really no idea what happen

any possibility of MAH SING will build the linkage bridge to MRT line 2 station at jinjang , beside TNB?
If no, there is not able to walk over the lake, right?

The sales is underwhelming in mahsing standard, the location just can't make it, no amenities around, need to drive to go anywhere.

Whats the promo now?

M&E or know as water pump room.

when the pump cant push the water height above 30 floor - 1st pump will pump to intermediate floor - while the second will push to highest.


Problem you may face:
1) leaking when the tank burst - if you stay below the unit
2) noise of the pump - above, left , right or below unit will fee the effect
3) small vibration - like water pipe flow at specific - feel the vibration very small to detect.

Progress seems slow... most likely will be 2018 completion... hope enough time for reno before CNY. Keeping fingers crossed!!
