Last I heard for ecosky, tower c have achieved more than 50% sales.

It is only slightly cheaper than ecosky but given the comparison such as freehold vs leasehold and the density hence ithink lakeville pricing is actually on par or even higher.
Nevertheless, rm600k for a close to 1000sf with 2cp sounds like a pretty sweet deal.

Given that first movers are at rm600psf i wonder what would be the psf when it comes to the final block.
How was the overall sales so far?

although it would seems they intend to replicate the design for all 6 towers.

from this master layout, it 'might' be the case of the PR1MA sharing same access and also same facilities. but can't be too sure. best to clarify with TMS.
vehicle accessibility could be a potential problem with the small ring road serving all the towers. hopefully there would be link bridges for pedestrian to cross over to the podium safely instead of at grade with the vehicles.

this 'affordable housing' within this scheme seems to be great. am sure it will be highly sought after.

huh? the lake is gazetted under river of life? that's something new to me. any information to back this claim?
lakeside development is tricky.
everybody have great adverts to lakeside living but so far, can't recall any exciting ones.
remember the brochures of:
sunway south quay?
the haven in ipoh?
taman puchong prima, the wharf, etc and the many other developments near the lake in puchong?
lbs' d'island?
cova villa and cova suites?

how are all these fellas doing?

heck even lake featured resorts such as tasik kenyir resort, bukit merah, & pedu lake are not doing well.

2. land size: 12.38 acres; plot ratio?
3. land status: commercial
4. maintenance fee? RM0.30psf. (inclusive of sinking?)
5. no. of units? around 1904 included PRIMA
from other sources, it seems to suggest as follows:
Phase 1 shops: 10 units
Phase 1 Lakeville residence: 622 units
Phase 2 Lakeville residence: 654 units
Phase 2 Executive Suites : 667 units
Phase 3 Lakeville residence: 622 units
so it is a whopping 2565 units excluding the shops.

6. duration to complete? 48 months from June 2014
