QUOTE(chelseafanz @ Jul 14 2014, 01:54 PM) Thanks bro and I read up a lot from the EcoSky thread already and still a bit confuse on the plan of this incinerator. It looks like from the land government rules, the incinerator cannot be build close to residential area and will need at least 500m and above but the propose site has housing area in less than 100m. (So is this the plan they are using to force off this incinerator build ?) I dont think the decision will be out that soon. There is a committee formed within kipark residents and others to fight this, will be a long battleFurther from that, I recently heard from the news that this incinerator project has begun it tendering process by private company but it did not disclose which incinerator project it was referring to. Anyone has source of this? Also quoted from the ECOSKY thread, people has been saying that this kepong incinerator project might be move to another place ... dunno how true the source is. My main concern on this project before I proceed will be this incinerator things .... hmmmm ... Should i proceed or not .... Anyone can enlighten me a little? |

Super crowded. Units are squarish and interior design is normal. What I like is their one level of facilities....model simply looks amazing. Not sure about pricing cos I didnt ask. Was there to kepo only.
What made me furious was that they opened up the site as car park. Going thru mud isnt exactly what u r looking for. |

I noticed that the orange dividers are now totally gone and cars from opposite direction, if they are not familiar with the place, may bump head on into you.Taman Wahyu Resident Committee should take action to improve the traffic sitatuion there ...... It is human nature to always taking short-cut instead of going one big round U trun back .... |

QUOTE(min86 @ Sep 13 2014, 11:34 AM) Erm... Im kinda confused right now, mind to elaborate what category does Lakeville residence falls in? This project looks good with good concept. I am hoping that it potrays some kind of high standards, however currently like you, I am equally confused with some statements made by the sales people in this forum like the above. Leasehold renewable promises, etc?and what's the difference between Lakeville and a service apartment? |

I like the entrance plus the LAKEVILLE wording outside the site. Impressive start. I also noticed that they have planted trees along both side of the road. Looking very green now.

QUOTE(Paul Tan @ Sep 19 2014, 09:01 AM) The most standout part of lakeville will be the lake view itself within klang valley (if MH really going to dump in $$$ to revamp the lake- heard that its going to be a hefty sump) and second will be the facilities which going to be above the carpark.. it will be a mini park by the lake... other than that, the size of the smallest condo which is 900++ sqft really looks big for its size due to the open space concept... really hope that the as promise 2 road link will materialize as it will benefits not only the resident but to MH reputation as well.... Will be good if the lake is also open to public. Will help the commercials there |

You can price higher but lets see if it moves. There are 50 plus units left from Phase 1.
Similar thing happened to Eco Sky. Tower B fully sold....then they up the price, Tower C - there are still units left. |

Cafch 22 situation. If you don't buy now, price will be higher. So your savings need to be more than the price increase...then it's worth the wait

QUOTE(Gomz1205 @ Sep 21 2014, 11:47 PM) Good to see a lot of interest in the this project and EW's. Not so long ago this area was considered old and lack,of,attraction. I remembered people told me I was crazy to invest in kipark because near the old dumpsite and smell etc... But years passed, this area gave me excellent returns! are you in taman or Laman residensi? Nova in the semi detached and bungalows there seem empty |
