Thanks bro and I read up a lot from the EcoSky thread already and still a bit confuse on the plan of this incinerator. It looks like from the land government rules, the incinerator cannot be build close to residential area and will need at least 500m and above but the propose site has housing area in less than 100m. (So is this the plan they are using to force off this incinerator build ?)

Further from that, I recently heard from the news that this incinerator project has begun it tendering process by private company but it did not disclose which incinerator project it was referring to. Anyone has source of this? Also quoted from the ECOSKY thread, people has been saying that this kepong incinerator project might be move to another place ... dunno how true the source is.

My main concern on this project before I proceed will be this incinerator things .... hmmmm ... Should i proceed or not ....

and what's the difference between Lakeville and a service apartment?

The most standout part of lakeville will be the lake view itself within klang valley (if MH really going to dump in $$$ to revamp the lake- heard that its going to be a hefty sump) and second will be the facilities which going to be above the carpark.. it will be a mini park by the lake... other than that, the size of the smallest condo which is 900++ sqft really looks big for its size due to the open space concept... really hope that the as promise 2 road link will materialize as it will benefits not only the resident but to MH reputation as well....

Good to see a lot of interest in the this project and EW's. Not so long ago this area was considered old and lack,of,attraction. I remembered people told me I was crazy to invest in kipark because near the  old dumpsite and smell etc... But years passed, this area gave me excellent returns!

Yes my friend told me they hired ALL one realty's agents to promote their Lakeville..more than 10,000 agents trying to sell 2k high dense apartments..

The part time SA on Fb and lowyat with the Pm me Pm me posts makes Mahsiao n Lakeville look desperate. 
How many pct of the buyers are for ownstay?? Mahsiao's projects usually more suited for ownstay one..
