Yes 1000 booking 10% rebate.
How many acre I don't know, not as big as Lakeville but each got own facilities.
Zeta selangor address I think, I'm not familiar with lakeville area so I don't know but surely lakeville closer to city and hence a better location.
Zeta got mrt cross the highway to be completed in 2022, not sure rumour or confirmed, check out the zeta forum.

Well, there hv been many discussions about pro n cons for this project, u can check it out n consider to go or not to go. Ultimately, it is more into personal preference such as location, budget, conveniences, surroundings, and etc...anyway, happy house hunting 😀😀😀

hi sifus, a few pages back i saw some people mentioning that the lakeview condo is still under commercial title and they are trying to change to residential? did they change already? a bit paranoid now that everyone saying MS keep changing stuffs.....

it depand on what is ur walking distance, the distance is around 500-700m to walk around the lake.
if u can get MS to built a pedestrian walk way crossing the lake u just need 200-300m

But i think the distance just nice ( 500m - 1km) considering the noise pollution if it is too near. It will be great if there is connectivity like pedestrian bridge to the station.

i doubt MS build it for community
but pick up point will be good for neighbourhood.
this MRT may boost up LV sales

Well, we are not acknowledged the promise being given by MS regarding the walkway ..It will be added bonus if they did. Somehow , i am more concern about the final product delivery n quality when this project completed.

Nowadays pls don expect the quality that u will get equally to the price u paid. Just hope that no serious or major defect with acceptable quality of workman ship will be good enough.

Last week there was a property fair in One Utama and Mah Sing got quite a big booth there to promote their project around.

I did check out the lakeville project there and notice that even with the current promo of 10%+3% for tower F, the price is still much higher then it was during the tower A launching. The list show quite a lot of unit in tower F has been sold. Not sure if this is true listing or not.
