App Store Not Loading

I'm using IPAD 3 with IOS 6.1.3. Recently, the Apps Store can only do updates. When tapping on Features, Top Charts and even searches nothing will appear.I try restarting the IPAD, but still cannot. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks!

This had been going for quite some time already. My Internet connection is fine as I can browse on Safari perfectly. The Apps Store will start, but it just won't come up anything.

app store is slow....it literally takes minutes to load.

App store load very slow for my iPhone 4s. Sometimes not load at all. Need close and open again.

I waited very long.. until the Ipad closed itself. But, still loads nothing.

Check your date and time, is it correct? If it's correct then log out your apple ID through settings and try the AppStore again. If you able to load then log in again.
