His ulti with scepter still ok, give you 1 more sec of silence plus first skill on all of opponent.
Actually if can, I rather it give me reduce cooldown or apply 3rd skill to all of opponent.
That one I sure it will be top ban in tournament.


Just now I see some thread talk about razor is physical dmg on certain skill?
Is that windrunner 3rd skill can counter it?

I also want to ask if that any item or skill can protect you from juggernaut Omnislash?
Bkb and windrun cannnot protect from that.

Another thing I want to mention is Void's ulti can stop windrunner 3rd skill. If you on 3rd skill, he run in ulti, he still can hit you and windrun cannot protect you from receiving the physical dmg.

I think some bug or server issue cause some ppl also complaining at reddit

1. That's what refraction is for. The aim of Meld against a QoP is to dodge the dagger i.e. only Meld once the dagger projectile is visible.
2. A good TA will keep moving to keep psi blades in your direction. Refraction will make it easy to outfarm & outdeny you.
3. Once TA hits level 3, QoP will lose the lane for sure. Your only hope is to outlane the TA and land a couple of successful ganks to compensate for the exp you're losing by abandoning the lane.

It's not a player problem, the two heroes just aren't on equal footing. This matchup has been discussed in full on Reddit and I'm just parroting the results of the discussion.
