I had see a lot of this and can say that most of the time, those that have low kill and top 1 -2 death will get the best reward.

Feed more / play worse = better items.

21-2 score get box.

Talk about Dota 2, recently more and more MOBA game coming out.
I feel that in the end, only Dota 2, LOL and maybe HON can still grab players and maintain the playerbase, other MOBA may not easily to get those players as everyone only can focus a few MOBA game at the same time.
So far we got demigod, bloodline champions, battle for graxia, smite, chaos online, dawngate, infinite crisis.

I feel that these 3 years, a lot of MOBA and TCG game coming. It become a trend.

the only way to make the game popular right now is... make it like scarlet blade

this is my theory

Pro players = win more, enjoying the game = they'll stick to dota 2 = don't need much drops for tem to stay
newbie players = lose more, start to play less = they'll leave dota 2 = valve give them more drops to make them stay

just my opinion haha

beside Dota 2,i got ply LOL and HON..
HON really cant suit my taste..too fast and i easily dizzy..
LOL is ok but the item way too imba and graphic cartoonish already..

new MOBA is CHAOS online jus release recently and it like combination of HON graphic + LOL style + dota 2 stye of coz
no roshan and T1 tower got supertower can chase and base there got one supercreep chase u if base tower destroy..

I am consider a few early batch players in HON close beta.
After tried it, I had pre-purchase the game($30). 1 day S2 decide to split all SEA ppl away from other region sell SEA players to gayrana. In the end, a lot of people request refund of US30 because gayrana is free play. For HON, I like puppet master and electrician.
I always hard to find my own hero in teamfight cos of too many effect in HON.

So when dota2 release, I think it will be the top MOBA game in the world, follow by LOL.
Other MOBA will not easily capture those hardcore player. They may able to capture those casual players.

as for Taiwan and SK..LOL more popular..
LOL getting famous in taiwan when taiwan got one call TPA 1st time join LOL world tournament with 1Xth ranking position beat 1st ranking position SK..

left hon after 20 hero pool rotation every week, really wana eat money

I feel that for LOL, you need to save different build for each heroes, when u play that, you have to switch the build(runes). It become a lot of setting and tuning before can go in the match.
