This is an important part of D2. Valve themselves said they don't want to rob people of the fun of a comeback. If you don't throw, you're robbing your opponents of fun.

then expect valve to follow riot
valve is different they wont release hero untill they are satisfied with it
and do remember dota2 is still in beta state which it is still in developing.
i support what valve are doing right now
focusing on the game implementing tutorial / guild system & fix bug
instead of getting more hero with more bug comming out

lol, those kid really ntg to do if they wanted new heroes so much just go back to LoL.

balancing + fixed bug > new heroes.
