Hi, I've an Asus S550C ultrabook (touchscreen) running Windows 8 Pro (upgraded from non pro version). May I know:
1) How to access the SSD part? or view that drive?
2) my ultrabook seems quite slow. For example, opening IE in desktop mode, it will hang for a few seconds, and then resume.... and it will occasionally hang for a few seconds (sometimes more than 10 seconds).

Thanks.

1. if the SSD is set as a caching memory, then you are unlikely able to view that drive. you have to go to the BIOS and set it as a storage.

2. does this apply to any programs? if yes, then you are likely to have an early hard disk failure.

1. Thanks. I will check it later.
2. almost all program that I've installed/run (windows store apps also). Even opening Task Manager, Event Viewer also very slow. When the 'hang' thing occurring every few minutes, then I've to restart my laptop.

Wait. What cache being stored in the SSD? Thanks.

app cache. they just set the SSD to run like RAM.

Hi bro, I got one off topic question wanted to ask you, have you get screen protector for your S550C? because I own a S400CA few days ago, dunno where to get screen protector, finger print very irritating.
