How to set RK Launcher to load when windows load?, and how to save settings?

hi...how do i make the rk launcher load everytime windows start...theres this check box that allows it to be loaded but only thing is that check box is dead...so cant click...what do i do?
and everytime i shut down the rk launcer....my settings all lose..any1 can teach me how to save it? |

try the latest nightly build. maybe it would fixed your problem. haven't got those problem before..
