Man what's all this talk of bond bubble and bonds being bad? I am looking for conservative investments that would just slightly beat FD rates. Bonds for next 2-3 years are risky too?

Asian equity funds seem to be in bearish mode for some time yet. And bonds has some sort of bad air around it. Think I'll keep my cash for the time being. Unless some equity funds has really dropped a lot and seem like a good deal.

OSK-UOB Emerging Market Bond Fund is a feeder fund but why it's expense ratio is still so high? Usually other feeder funds seem to have low annual expense.
