FSM mailed me the transfer form, send them to the bank for authorisation. Usual stuff.

Not sure what your IBG transfer is. Interbank GIRO? Hahahaha!

I've contacted with Andy before. Now the problem lies with Maybank, which Maybank doesn't allow to do transfer. The only way is to dispose units at maybank and rebuy again at FSM, and nanti all those management fees mahu dibayar semula 

So what u mean is just sell it or how?
Should I inter-switch or intra-switch to some of my holding fund + new house?

Here's the advice I got it from him.

I was told to take a portion out to inter-switch into Alliance global,Hwang Quantum & UOB-OSK Emerging Market Bond.
And then the remaining of my balance buy a new fund "Kenanga Growth Fund", Hwang Select Income Fund & Hwang Select Bond Fund.
What do you think about his advice?
My Eastspring is currently loss 2.5%.

Yes, Bond Plus can be considered as a Hwang Select Bond alternative, though its still quite new so historical performance data is not available.

Rather than buying into Kenanga Growth, consider Eastpring Equity Income, also a great 100% Malaysia equity fund, conservatively managed.
