QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Jun 17 2013, 10:45 PM) If u don't wanna spend much time and effort on monitoring and/or review, these are great choices for long-term saving/investing: yeah i look at these two. - Hwang Select Income - OSK-UOB KidSave Just do no-brainer monthly topping up, in the long-term u should see results. Just looking for alternatives for Fixed Deposit now I haven't really know how to invest in Fund properly thanks |

QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Jul 20 2013, 11:57 AM) For cash parking (u gonna need to use the cash in 5 years or lesser), only consider money market (OSK-UOB CMF, OSK-UOB Money Market, AmIncome Plus) or AT MOST bond funds like OSK-UOB Income or AmBond. oh thanks. If u wanna INVEST, then only consider Hwang Select Income or KidSave. If u risk-averse, Eastspring Investments Equity Income or Hwang Select Dividend would be a good choice. Build a portfolio of at least 4-5 funds, don't buy 1-2 "hot"/recommended funds and expect your money to multiply. sorry. Maybe I should say im investing and currently holding both select income and kidsave. Looking equity UT.how about Hwang Select Asia Quantum and Opportunity? pretty high risk i guess This post has been edited by @secret@: Jul 20 2013, 12:34 PM |

QUOTE(David83 @ Jul 31 2013, 03:31 PM) We did discuss about REITs in few posts earlier. okay... i dig back.... If US Federal Reserve starts to taper the QE3, REIT will be definitely impacted. QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Jul 31 2013, 03:34 PM) then that's way too over rated. stock? no no.... im expanding my UT portfolio with one or two more funds, now all in Msia |
