QUOTE(ilineZ @ Jun 10 2013, 04:11 PM) is there anybody here ever experience/or doing CUT-LOSS for UT investment? ppl usually set their own cut loss %.. some ppl can bear -25%, some -5% want to sell already.. in my opinion its how much confidence you have in the UT..i wonder in which point we should exercise cut loss or decide to hold in rain and shine |

QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Jul 27 2013, 10:48 AM) From CIMB Research Report July 2013: Hi Pinky, which china fund you personally invested? global one or China-focused?"One should be in accumulation mode in the US and China - US corporate earnings is in an improved mode, and reduced risk appetite due to a reduction in quantitative easing and higher bond yields could see investors and funds flow returning to the US. Uncertainty and growth debate over China will not be resolved for a while, but we believe this offers an opportunity to buy well-managed companies at reasonable valuations." FSM's recommended one for greater China is Eastspring Investments Dinasti Equity Fund. Currently my portfolio 0% exposure for china. |

QUOTE(gark @ Jul 27 2013, 12:32 PM) Hmm Islamic funds... no financials, gambling & alchohol. Most of the big caps companies in the world are financials. Scope too limited. true =/ QUOTE(gark @ Jul 27 2013, 12:33 PM) aiyo FSM singapore? i only have FSM MY.. QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Jul 27 2013, 12:34 PM) and no tobacco stocks, which are yielding 4-5%. I just bought in to EI GEM, so probably will go for PGSF for more global exposure.. I read the fund factsheet, but did not get info on country allocation for PGSF, where can get this info ya?U can consider to combo AIWE with OSK-UOB GEY I maintain China exposure thru GEM fund and Pacific GSF, not keen on single-country funds. |
