If u don't wanna spend much time and effort on monitoring and/or review, these are great choices for long-term saving/investing:

- Hwang Select Income
- OSK-UOB KidSave

Just do no-brainer monthly topping up, in the long-term u should see results. wink.gif

Unit trusts are meant for long-term investing.

Do not buy unit trust with money that u need to use in less than 3 years' time. wink.gif

Here's my portfolio:
1. AMB Dividend Trust Fund
2. Alliance Global Equities Fund
3. AmAsia Pacific REITs
4. Eastspring Investments Asia Pacific Equity MY Fund
5. Hwang Asia Quantum Fund
6. OSK-UOB Asian Income Fund
7. OSK-UOB Emerging Markets Bond Fund

I was advised by FSM specialist to exposure a little bit in China Market.
What do you think? Is there any improvement?
I'm thinking to intra-switch OSK-UOB Asian Income fund.

I've invested into kidsave for the past few years for my kid's education portfolio and have never regretted in investing into this fund. XIRR% to date is 15.26%.

you still have to calculate the total value for each of your UT fund daily right by multiplying daily NAV and total units? the you add up the total values of all your funds....to get total portfolio value and from there calculate IRR.

am i correct?

I just need to update 2 cells for EACH FUND:
- date
- NAV price

then the rest will auto calculate

Should I inter-switch or intra-switch to some of my holding fund + new house?
