Details of the complaint :
Rajurajz told me his base at ipoh but do offer postage. i reject coz i blif no one wil resposible if in d middle lost. My base at kl but my sis in slim river. she might nearer than me. in calling conversation between us totaly cant properly can settle thg. i nid confess my english no so well so i prefer black n white sms or texting n let it b a proof.

in his post he stated d deadline to preorder. i do manage call him up b4 d deadline few hour but he told me im d last minute customer nid to pay 50% instead 30%. so i oso try to considerate on behalf as a middle man might not got such a huge cash to pay. so 50% i paid too. we deal by meet at tesco ipoh wit my sis but not confirm when coz no one alwaz free. but he insist i confirm wit time i promise.

so after d date stock arriving a few day, i call him. he said im the one who shud call him up on d arrived date. as a genuine seller i think he shud b d one giv some 'a little bit service' like contact buyer rite? like pm, sms, callin or even a misscall. he said 'u shud call me but u dint so i tok u ignore d deposit'. Anyone here wud simply let their rm1400 deposit gone, pls rise up ur hand, i want b ur seller! i do in d same time deal wit another seller wit cheaper price buying hp too. he did pm me, properly sealbox n deal wit successfully.

tis seller raj told me my deposit burn. n dunno wat he said" he got keep my stok in hand but i dint call him so he return the stok. n said he oso nid to pay 50% for my stok. so my deposit n his another 50% ady paid then dats y stok on his hand rite but now he told me my deposit in his supplier cant refund. he told me wait for 2 weeks for 2nd batch coming then help me buy.

fr d beginning til d end i try not ask for refund coz i do hoping tis biz deal n blif non of seller hoping tis thg happen. i try to press my worry or even anger coz once money pay to a person u never meet b4, he can run away easily. eventualy he told in d last sms stok burn. i dun care wat so ever how u wil deal wit ur supplier or no stok, refund wil do. refund or deal d biz other explain no meaning.

i do did research b4 dealed anythg. like other lowyat member said, he con b4 by other seller so dats y i try put faith into to blif him. i oso knw he got other selling bside lowyat. i oso pm other buyer of him, see his reputation in tis selling gud onot. now jez waiting him for further action.

But he keep told me he is busy n wanted explain. and i ask him come at here do watever he wanted explain. in phone talking i got no chance to talk but he keep talking. black n white wud b beter.

Just giv me a date: cod date or refund date. Explain no use anymore.

Y do it after 7 days? it is best to do it immediately after 24 hrs. else police will also thought you are not serious about the con-case. Make your police report now since there are no communication channel open between u and the seller.

Just now finaly he reply me coz his niece contact him(i ask her told him to settle my case). If u find his previous post, he reli take serious of his reputation. He promise me will settled by next week. He give the "reason" is he is busy n out of coverage (might b in singapore). He close his fb a/c now too. But i ady knw who is his fren and save his pic.

TS, go to the nearest police station and log a police report immediately. Dont wait for the con man to come here and explain which they usually will never do or when they do, all drama and bs.

So after you had to lodge a dispute only he take it seriously and take his reputation seriously only after its at stake here, if he really cared about his reputation he will settle it fast n not delay after so long. Why close fb account also so suspicious . If he really want to pay back do it now, there is such a thing called Internet banking n he can transfer it to you immediately or ask his niece or his family member to give back first. Busy also have time to close fb account. Ts you better be careful he is preventing all his Info from leaking to u now

I don't get it , why did he pay for the stock using your deposit and his own money then return the stock to his supplier . Then the supplier got free money . He paid the stock fully then give it back

Wow TS you even know every single detail about him down to his parents address,my suggestion if you have friends in Ipoh who can help you by finding his parents or you can go with a group of friends and find him or his parents then demand money there and then,bring the police with you also to his home then he will surely pay, i heard some members gather victims and bring police and it worked.

It has been a long time since i got the message that im in the dispute again ?

and based on the story given by our brother michael cool its maybe right maybe wrong on some of ur guys opinions.

but, hearing story based on 1 side is worth it ?

on the day when, ts called me and said that he is interested and wants to buy the tabs and also said he want to deal via cod in ipoh, i said okay bro ill message u my acc number. then right away i called another guy who also ordered 3 sets same as ts`s order and told him that bro im sorry i cancel ur deal because got stock problem, and i refunded him 1.4k. because he wanted to deal via postage and ts wanted to deal via cod.

on the deal day, when ts`s friend suppose to turn up at jusco ipoh around 5pm as said by ts in the call, she didnt i waited there till 9pm and deal almost with around 20+ people including my suppliers customer and cleared all the stock left was the 3 tabs that was ordered my ts. from the 3 sets 1 was faulty that i going to explain to him. i waited and waited, not even a sms or call from ts. you all may be wondering why i never call or sms him ? I deal with almost like 20+ people and from different different numbers and how do u expect me to remember ts`s number ? i clearly told him the date and explain about him about the tabs on the phone call that ts gave me to deal he clearly agreed and transferred the funds. if he didnt agree why he would even transfer the funds ?

and now this thing came up till this level.

and the 3 stocks wasnt mine so i cant keep the stocks at all in my hand. i waited 3 days till ts will return call ? but he didnt. and he messaged me after 4-5 days asking about the stocks.

the stocks if i would have kept i surely kept already, ts gave me 1.4k for the stock as a deposit not as a full amount.. if it was a full amount i would have gave to ts on the day he messaged me by asking any of my friend to pass to his location in ipoh.

if u bank in deposit and dont collect the item by the date given surely there is no refund will be made. correct me if im wrong ?

as i asked my supplier last he told me he cant refund the explanation is there already why there is no refund, so i gave Rm150 as a refund because i never take any profit from my supplier im just helping him to sell it out only..

im trying to get for ts 50% refund because i know the feeling of loosing money, i have been conned so many times but i never had the intention to con any1. maybe there is some complain about me, but there is no con case complain about me othere then this 1..

even once apis lua lua made a mistake and said that onitsukalover is a genuine seller, but i still got conned by him and i never reported against apis lua lua neither against onitsukalover. i just pray that it wont happen to any1 else again. and i got conned again by silkhinaz same amount that i got conned by onitsukalover. but still i pray again that it wont happen to any1 else. thenobone helped me quite alot but still i never got any amount of my money back from these guys..

now when im in trouble because of some onces own mistake i dont know any other way to solve these case. i even called ts lets meet up in police station and explain about each other infront of the officer and lets see what conclusion he comes up with ? and to be honest i already ask advice from a lawyer, he is the 1 i know when my friend had some case, i told him everything and showed him these dispute also, he only advised to get ts back 50% of refund, because there is a minor mistake of mine to inside.

No reason to create a dupe. Creating a dupe just tells me that you do not care about image. Just want to con again. I will die for my customers. I remember bringing a wrong game for a COD and drove all the back home to get it for him without any extra charge. This is seller integrity. You sir have non.

I suggest mods to blacklist all his dupes. Even with all his details up he is still coning so it is obvious he will not change. Hope Apis_LuaLua can handle this.

You have the responsibility to deliver the products you offer. Products on hand or not on hand/based on bulk orders should be clearly specified along with the terms and condition of buying the product beforehand when selling. Simple trading ethics. From your so called "explanation" here, all I see is that you're pushing responsibility around. As a buyer I would not care what is your deal with your dupes and suppliers, get me the items that I've already paid for. So stop telling bullshit to your buyers and either refund the money, or get what has been paid for, regardless of you claiming that you have been scammed or whatever. You started the sale, you follow through, It's never fair for the paying party to pay for your business mistakes.

Also, people can be safe traders and turn against everything the next day. As for the onitsukalover case, Apis has no way to know if the person is going to run away or come up in a dispute. Apis is a moderator. A moderator might be able to see dupes in the forum, but a moderator can't read minds. There have been numerous complaints and proof that this is a valid complaint, and the reason you still don't have that dispute tag around your neck is that you're still replying here. But if it were to be up to me, all your dupes would have been given the ban hammer and a nice dispute tag hung around your main account. Perhaps then you would put more effort into solving this rather than creating dupes to start selling again here on LYN

Come on just refund ts money. Dont wait any longer he has been very patient n kind to wait fr you. Even your lawyer friend said shud refund so follow his advice its better fr both sides. Its not worth sacrificing your future and credibility over 1400. If you were in ts place u will wish to get your money soon also right.

C'mon bro.. U stake ur 1.4k in some ones hand and during the deal day u don't even return them a call? In fact I told ts that the cod will be on the 4th.. Other buyers will always whatsapp or SMS me asking about stock.. When they can do why not ts?

Bro just give the ts back 1400 , you ,I and everyone knows deep inside that it is the right thing to do, and if you were the ts then you will also ask the same. Don't bring your lawyer fren into this, initially you did not set any conditions stating the forfeiture of a deposit in the event that the buyer fails to call you nor did ts agree to any conditions written or not so your terms do not apply, you cannot just implement your own rules , if that's the case then ts has the right to also get back his money if no goods are delivered as you did not call him regardless of whether you forget or remember , you should have investigated who didn't come as 20+ people isnt a lot unless if its a hundred people . If you cannot remember 20 names then how can you work in an office where the responsibility is bigger, or if you own your own ship how can u run a business when you cannot handle this small number of transactions.

And I assume you are young according to what ts said earlier, ts has been kind enough not to reveal your details online . He can choose to do so but he is worried about your future , imagine if people tell your parents about this case and how will they feel??,your friends will protect you n ignore ts but deep down inside they won't trust you as much as they used to. Imagine if your address is revealed and in the future any new disputes might cause ppl to find you at your house or even your friends house with the police at your door, unlike other cases in low yat your details right down to your fb is known n that is really scary if you ask me, every single person will know who are you n will spread it, times hav changed now once your info is online chances are a huge amount of ppl know who n what you look like.

And come on la, over 1400???unless its one million ringgit or more than you will survive, That 1400 is small money compared to your future imagine not being able to find a job or getting promotions because of this case, you will lose more than 1400 , your name is worth more than 1400 , you will regret deeply if you don't refund the money n no one will make you regret but yourself only. Who knows if one day an fb page is created just to discredit your name and reveal all the details , you will be afraid of gong ur n meeting new people n making new friends as they will stay away fr you. If your boss knows abt it then its even worst , especially lowyat its such a big place with so many members la. Your address might be released and the police have no hard time looking,unlike other cases where they might do anything this one will be easy as they will know everything abt you, ts has nt reported so you r fine.............but if you who know what will happen , u might go to jail and ts has so much damaging evidence . You will not get anything from not refunding but everything to gain if you refund ts money. If you don't refund ts will lose only 1400 but you will lose everything fr respect ,trust, your future, career opportunities , potential friends , potential jobs promotions etc etc . So just refund it, who knows you might be a rich man in the future but only if you have a clean name. Think about it and stop delaying before ts reveals more , there will be no turning back once that happens and It will take more than 1400 to solve your future problems

I seriously doubt that he has a lawyer. Please do get a copy of the statement letter from your lawyer and post it here. Until then i would suggest a dispute tag on rajurajz and a uniform ban on all his dupes until this case is settled. Apis_LuaLua

A bit busy today.. and I suppose to make the police report today.. but something came up.. and i have to go outstation...

Let me correct you then. No. A deposit is a security for completing a transaction, and to "burn" a deposit you either must have an agreed, written contract and showed good faith in completing the transaction. You not calling is already a bad faith.

You yourself couldn't fulfil the transaction since you also admitted that 1 set was faulty. Again, bad faith and this already contravenes section 16 of the Akta Perlindungan Pengguna.

Bro, as i said if I had the funds with me surely I have done refund long time ago without any hassle.. But the problem now is what ever I told is been told by my supplier and it's correct also if u all consider back? In addition, we are dealing professionally don't tell me ts doesn't know the simple rules of getting his deposit burned.. Plus it was his mistake also bro.. He should have some courtesy to at least ask.. He called me back sharp 5 days after the deal day.. I could have talked with my supplier.. After 3 days my supplier disappear and continued his own work.. As about the lawyer part, c'mon guys I said I seek advice I didn't bought over any lawyer. I seek his advice because he has experience solving cases like these. In a professional deal there is such rules of deposit..

It does not matter. You promised three sets, if you can only provide two, that meant you were not able to fulfil your side of the bargain. You claimed deposit burn because supposedly the buyer didn't turn up, yet you yourself couldn't fulfil the agreement on the deal day, so you have no right to "burn" the deposit.

You know what, to TS, you have all his info, just file a claim with the tribunal tuntutan pengguna. Cost you RM5 and with all the evidence here, should be enough proof for the tribunal anyway.

TS , avoid wasting time here and make a police report with all the details that you have . Heck , you can even use this thread as a direct evidence . The accused is clearly not gonna refund you by making all this stupid excuses . stop wasting your time and just send him to where he belongs . You might not get back your remaining balance , but at least you are gonna do a great favour to other people by sending him to jail
