Level 3A & Level 20 have different layouts, standard layouts for Level 5 - 19 are 1,447sqft intermediate & 1,825sqft corner.

Every floor up increases roughly 7-10K, for Level 7 to Level 8 & Level 17 to Level 18 increaes roughly 15K due to Huat 8.
Got Freebies slightly more than 288 Residency. But more facilities. Maintenance 0.25 psf.

All same row single facing, Genting + Gombak view; no flat view.

Floor incremental is scaring me though 550 PSF may not sound harsh.
