Strong prove of properties market slowing down.
This is quite a surprise after overwhelming sales for all those PV, Setapak Green & 288.
Even MH Platinum have unit unsold, seem like Setapak area might just getting glut soon.

properties definitely slowing down not only setapak, but other like puchong, shah alam, PJ same...
bank now very strict they filter all your commitment, loan etc not like last time
i know few their housing loan rejected sweat.gif

Yes. Indeed bank is very strict.

They asked a lot of supporting docs.

Location surround by flats, although it's low density project , but there's at least 500 unit low cost flats at stone throw distance

Heard there will be one access road direct from jln langkawi to jln gombak. Dbkl has problems to clear the
Jln langkawi with 4 lanes stopped at teratai mewah apartment

not sure , but seems like not possible , due to there's alot old house overthere . even want to clear all also , could takes up to 5-7 years time to complete .

not saying direct access road , the main problem of this project is the high density surround . eventhou itself is low density condo .
