Strong prove of properties market slowing down. This is quite a surprise after overwhelming sales for all those PV, Setapak Green & 288. Even MH Platinum have unit unsold, seem like Setapak area might just getting glut soon.

Indeed bank is very strict. They asked a lot of supporting docs.

Dbkl has problems to clear the Jln langkawi with 4 lanes stopped at teratai mewah apartment
