If the stock fundamentals is still good why sell... unless you think the profits is reducing or the stock over value, then it is good to sell.

In stock investing it is better you aim for 'baggers' typically 10 baggers.... each bagger is a 100% gain.

Think big!

What is the alternative stock? ... don't forget to look at dividend & free cash flow growth..

Magnum...! Hahah I am also looking at it previously.. looks interesting about 4.5% divvy but special dividend chance extremely slim

Their dividend policy is 80%-85% of net earnings.

TTM earnings is 18.6 cents, current price is 3.24

Dividend = 18.6 x 0.85 = 15.81 cents

15.81/324 x100= 4.87%

Previous divvy payment...
Dividend 2013 = 15 cents
Dividend 2012 = 16 cents
Dividend 2011 = 15 cents

P/S Magnum don't pay all 4 Quarters 1... they do skip a Q here and there

Unless you get extra special 5c divvy then will be higher for this year.

Yeah but earnings never lie right... If they earn 18 cents, buy pay 20 cents it cannot go on forever...

Anyway interesting stock.. I am also looking at it .. it is almost reit like but i prefer at least > 5% as the earnings not stable like reit

The latest Q report is already divested their other earnings...so it is reflective of future earnings.. but net 4.6 cents only.

Younger people more educated... buy less 4D.. cause calculate odds against them unless those 'abeng'

Haha surely every batch got oddball 1... general trend leh.. you got see or not magnum earnings has been sliding slowly slowly for the past 5 years.

But as long you not expecting >6% divvy it is a good cash flow stock to keep

Ehh.. i thought you sold all switch to magnum de? Should have kept de.. potential for another 20-30% gain..

Keep good stocks always by your side, no need to hurry take profit one..as long valuation is still ok.
