QUOTE(andrewtho @ Jun 4 2013, 10:30 PM) Thanks for the poison. I saw the transparent bar somewhere, attracted to it already! Downloading MoonROM as I speak alexng2208 Your all time " favorite " rom is gonna be used again . O/T : Just when we r all worried if the phone will get 2 big to fit into our pocket with 5.9" and above , NEC under DOCOMO came out with a solution . Wish Note will take up the idea to produce it since Samsung showed a prototype of something similar a while ago ... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Noobi3: Jun 4 2013, 10:41 PM

QUOTE(EdwinCodec @ Jun 6 2013, 11:30 AM) Using Swiftkey and got used to it haha. Stock keyboard, i just can't stand it. No auto-corrections. But the number row is a bang. Hopefully in 4.2.2 Samsung will implement auto-correction? There is auto correction ..... Check under themes and apps , there's a post of modded Samsung keyboard with auto correction

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Jun 6 2013, 08:41 PM) Oh no, i'm not getting any notifications anymore for:
and many more (except Whatsapp)
How do I get them back again?
I might need to use Facebook for important stuff in a week's time (hosting some event, need to manage FB page and need to reply ASAP for enquirers) hence need instant notification.
The last time I had to resort to my iPhone and eventually I did a wipe to my ROM.
Apps/Services that I froze:
Go to settings > Applications , find and wipe data for those 3 apps . Log in again . It should work now

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Jun 6 2013, 08:56 PM) Still not working. Tried uninstalling too. I asked a friend to post something on my wall and I made sure all other devices/computers that had access to my FB account to be closed or disconnected from WiFi. Still no notification. Then something in your phone is messing up your notification . Can u recall what u installed or what u did before losing notification ? IF not , factory reset is your only option

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jun 6 2013, 08:56 PM) Galaxy Mega 6.3 LTE only S$710 ( RM 1775 ) available as of today. Anyone interested ?? http://www.mobilesquare.com.sg/products/pr...pid=1296&cid=17Uncle phone hunting again ? I dont understand y Samsung Sg start their LTE line and Malaysia is like sleeping , not bringing in both for users to have an option . True , LTE might not be widely available in msia but at least give user a choice while they themselves stock up more for non-LTE and some stock for LTE models . QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Jun 6 2013, 09:27 PM) Sadly I don't. I only froze those apps/processes and greenify-ed Airdroid Last suggestion , unfreeze and un-greenify everything . C how it goes . Still cant and u need those notifications badly , suggest u reset

QUOTE(disasternero @ Jun 7 2013, 10:34 AM) Is this available..?? Momax Battery For Note II 4250 mAhI try to find it on momax website but dont available.. A difference of 100-200mAh is acceptable for a battery size equivalent to stock . But for 1000mAh more ? I don't think it's possible yet unless it's extra large battery which require rear case change .

QUOTE(Superman7 @ Jun 11 2013, 11:45 PM) I've always done Flashing ROM and Gapps in one go but never tried adding the kernel. maybe I should give it a try DONT PLS !!!!!! The highest chances of losing EFS for me is being lazy and flash all at 1 go . Occasionally , I even go and extra mile and flash themes straight and next thing i know , i lost baseband . But do give it a try , it's a fun experience .

QUOTE(joytest @ Jun 12 2013, 11:08 AM) Weird stuff Will ants eat the inside of your smartphone? http://www.phonearena.com/news/Will-ants-e...rtphone_id43955Traveling to the southern United States from South America, Rasberry crazy ants are forcing out the population of native ants, but more importantly, they are destroying electronic gadgets including smartphones. Measuring less than 1/8th of an inch, these little guys like to eat electrical components and their size allows them to slip right into a handset or a tablet. Currently spotted in at least 21 Texas counties and 20 Florida counties, these pests are immune to pesticides and love to travel. In Texas last year, they were responsible for $146.5 million in damages to electronic devices. And besides being hard to kill, when they do get electrocuted inside a device, they release pheromones which attract more ants to the device. And when those ants are electrocuted, more pheromones are released and you can figure out the cycle. So if your handset or tablet stop working all of a sudden, it might not be something faulty done by the manufacturer. It just might be the result of the Rasberry crazy ant looking to feed off the inside of your electronic devices. Ants ?
