1.Why your international postage fee is much lower than others?
Ans:Our international postage fee is lower than others because we have large shipment from China to Malaysia everyday in big bulk, and international postage fee will not cost a lot, unless for private postage company like DHL and Fedex. Others may charge higher and earn a lot.

2.Are the payment refundable?
Ans:YES! but only if the item is out of stock. After we ordered your item from taobao, there is no way to cancel and refund.

3.Any poslaju tracking number provided?
Ans:Yes, we will provide tracking number for poslaju

mostly wont be charge for tax, but it's hard to predict, sometime custom can be quite unpredictable
