To the seller, it's just a 1 to 1 usb cable replacement, how hard can that be. There is even no physical damage to the unit.

Posting here is not blaming. It's just to mention DOMOCO cable is not that robust as what is advertised.
It may be the way I use it (Putting in a laptop bag and daily usage) (?). Nah it's okay as the post stated no warranty will be provided. Bear to it  icon_rolleyes.gif
