folding@home, cpu performance decrease when gpu is on

When i remove my gpu from mobo, my cpu 3770k is around 30k ppd when folding@home,
but when my gpu is insert to the mobo, my cpu ppd drop to 15k ppd? why is that? any good overclocker out there can help me out? |
