Playback Codecs, Have trouble playing a audio/video file?

problems playing an .avi HD format video files. It lags like hell. Now im using CCCP codec. All other video files work flawlessly. Only the HD will lag which the properties is
Image Width 1280 pixels Height 720 pixels Audio Duration 0:24:00 Bitrate 192kbps Audio format MPEG Layer-3 Video Frame rate 23frames/second Data rate 183kbps Is it my codec does not support it or my computer not strong enough to play it thats why it lags? Immediate help needed  |
