Playback Codecs, Have trouble playing a audio/video file?

i downloaded a movie through torrent, .iso file. how do i view it? downloaded ultraiso, dunno what to do with it. if try convert to other formats it will say file found. any1 else having problems? thanks in advance...

tried mounting and extracting. it says the file cant be found. will try with another file after finish downloading.
