Kapersky Internet Security 2009 BETA is the one I'm currently using. Light resource hog.

Comodo just released its free internet suite, Comodo Internet Security.
Antivirus+Firewall+HIPS combo.

Downloaded and tried it. I however, still prefer the Norton IS 2009 which I downloaded the 15-day trial as it really, really, really doesn't hog memory at all.

hehe how's the review going?

I doubt he's writing a review about it. I'd recommend that your try NIS '09 yourself with the 15-day trial to really get a hands on the zippier speed.

they will guide you on the next steps.. don't worry..
symantec knows that there are people like you outhere.. and there are plenty out there so, you're not alone ^^

Bro, you reading the posts properly? doh.gif The posted mentioned: "Hi guys ... currently using KIS ... I notice that when I do deep scan ... it only SCANS .. if got problem how to quarantine or fix ?".
KIS = Kaspersky. And you mentioned Symantec. doh.gif Another thing, neither Symantec or Kaspersky will guide you on scanning. I'm not talking about help.

latest version of norton is 2009 real fast....
but i still prefer kaspersky is 2009..
been using kaspersky for couple of years...

And if you feel the latest version of NAV '09 is really fast (light on resources), why'd you have to *prefer* KAV '09? doh.gif
