in my experience..avg is the bad ntivirus coz it cant detect the virus... avast is just ok... but it also cant detect the certain virus.. so go for kaspersky.. it's better.. but if compared to the avast.. when we download sumting..avst can detect when in the middle of download process.. but kaspersky just can detect after the download is completed... so choose which is better for ur pc....

Did anyone has the activation code for kaspersky??
Im using trial version...n I feel it is nice...so wanna prolong it.

I got something which dont understand about AVG that is when the AVG detected it have 4 option right ?Which is Ignore,Info,Heal,Move to vault and which one is to remove the virus ?

I tried Symantec Antivirus Corporate and it sucks because it uses a lot of resources and eat up my RAM..even at 1GB RAM.

Then I switched to NOD32.. Not satisfied yet, because NOD32 slowed down the process of copying or transferring files from/to your harddisk or portable hdd...

still looking / testing for other AV.

eTrust is definitely a no..because it doesnt detect many virus and keylogger.
The same goes to AVG.

I am going to try Kaspersky AV soon.

after all the trouble...I switched back to Symantec AV corporate.
to configure AMON on and off for just transferring files is really troublesome..and not only transfer files. I realize when I extract files from archive like zip or rar, it also slows down.
plus when installing software...imagine scanning every single files you write to harddisk..secure yeahh
