hi guys , I have a problem regarding Kaspersky's Internet Security 2015 and would be much obliged if you could aid me in this matter.

Before Kaspersky , I was using Avast .(Did the change a few months back). I am now using Windows 10 , kaspersky worked perfectly fine from the first day . Then a few days ago, this happened, it's telling me to "renew my subscription" and that my database is out of date . I tried updating it by opening Kaspersky's Anti Virus itself, but only a white box appear , just a plain white box. It has yet to expire that's for sure , since it's barely 1 year.

Any idea ?
