I have been using AVG Free for a long time now, but recently my friends recommend me to move onto Avast! He didnt exactly clarify why to do so but I am curious since I went through this thread and find most of you are on Avast! than AVG Free. Anyone wants to enlighten me?

How about any Anti-Spam software which you guys have tried and find it useful with Microsoft Outlook?

I am using BitDefender 10 on Vista and it keep popping up every 2 hours!! Why is that so? It shows me a screen where I already set for automatic update but it just keeps popping up!
