Antivirus software are the software to protect our system from virus..Antivirus software can be licensed or pirated also..Means the one which you can download it from net i.e pirated software..But it is for very less period while licensed one are good and for a year...They are also caller portable antivirus..

Urm, I am thinking of getting a new AV for my coming new lappie. Currently comparing between bitdefender, kaspersky, norton 360, and trend micro titanium. Can anyone tell me which is the better one and why? I really don't mind paying for the AV as long as it is reliable and doing its job smoothly without having any problems. Thanks Guys!

my company more than 10 laptop is using KIS, it is very stable and good, sum online reviews show that only bitdefender can compete with KIS, u can choose either one of the two.

I'm also using KIS. IMHO, KIS is great in overall but i feel that bcoz of it's reliability, it makes the whole system run slow especially bootup in the windows. Anyone feel the same?

yes, got used it few years ago, but read from those review show that its scores not as good as before, it's now weak in cleaning virus but good in real time protection.

Hello all,

I would like to buy BitDefender 2013, but after digging a bit I noticed that there is no local website for it. Does that mean a year later when my license expires, I'll have to pay in USD to renew it? It's always more expensive that way.

Yes Antivirus really protect us depend which product u use... But what i think best for me is Bitdefender and Kaspersky. For example if didnt use any antivirus ur computer infected by viruses, worms or trojan it's gonna be big trouble such has ur information will leak to other people pc or virus keep on spreading on ur hard disk and if u insert ur pendrive to ur pc which got virus then it's spread to ur pendrive then u go to ur friend pc which dont have antivirus u plug in ur pendrive it's will auto spread to ur friend hard disk has well.

Your friend might be a gamer that doesnt want the pc to go lag cause by antivirus?
Or maybe he know what he is clicking?
Maybe your friend has allot of viruses on his pc then he wanna spread the virus to u ask u not to use any antivirus?
