pc tool firewall is a reliable program.but somehow,im thinking whats the different between register version and vice versa

so far , i get feed up with zone alarm
and outpost is good but difficult to set up
pc tool firewall , just heard of it never have free time to test it

currently on window firewall , so far so good

anyone try zone alarm 7? afraid to install after a disastrous experience with version 6.5

Hello guys. I'm thinking of installing Outpost Firewall. Which antivirus do you think is suitable? As for as I know, Avast! has conflicts with Outpost. So what do you guys recommend? Thanks.

is sygate have conflict with online gaming??
especially those with Nguard protection

i have problem where cant quit game in 'maple' (i didnt play it but my father...... )
will hang, black screen

now that problem solved, coz i open windows firewall + sygate firewall
i off that windows firewall
now aledi no problem

not only that
sometimes we dunno what kind of process is that, and accidentaly permit/block it...

thats why i dislike Jetico Firewall which ask for every process permission

when i wanna shut down my pc, the my pc will hang for about 2 minutes, then shut down.
if i manually close the firewall, followed by shutting down windows, the shut down process is smooth and normal.

anybody face this problem? or can someone recommend me an easy to use firewall? i've tried comodo before.

been using pc tools firewall for quite sometimes, i just have the difficulties of connecting my YM, need to disable it first, connect to YM then enable it back...anyone know how to solve this?

last time i had install Outpost Pro Firewall, but its so difficult to used 

After having a problem with Comodo Firewall Pro, I decide to revert back to Outpost Firewall. Comodo is by far the best free firewall I've ever use; but I get frequent BSODs with Comodo while using uTorrent. Apparently the problem arise from the firewall driver Comodo implement in their firewall: inspect.sys. Anyway, Agnitum Outpost Firewall is easy to use (for me at least, because I'm an ex-Outpost user, before trying out Comodo.) and no BSODs since then. The only lowdown on Outpost is the resource usage, Comodo is light-weight while Outpost use a little more CPU resource.

What is the best free firewall now? Sygate has long been discontinued. ZA does not work on my pc, always get this truevision error thing which crashes the pc. PC tools firewall plus which I am using now is worthless at best

Currently not using any firewall programs but am gonna try Comodo Personal Firewall since so many people suggested it.
