last week i interview a job in company A but due some reason i decide not to work in this company A and they apply for temporary permit.

and i got a interview in company B in coming day and i decide to work to company B and they can't apply for the permit.

the problem is company A already do the cancellation permit. but why company B couldn't apply the permit for me?

anyone know what happen?
