yup. mostly. it's like striking a lottery to get a understanding owner. most tend to have extreme cost cutting thoughts smile.gif

so is advisable to get a room without the owner staying in the house? saw a utility room nearby braddell MRT, S$450 including utilities(water, electricity), and all Malaysian tenants. is that a good place?
