Hi guys,
If a Malaysian going over to Sg to work, will he/she getting back the same amount he earn in Malaysia(convert to Singapore local currency)? For example: Malaysia salary: MYR 5K Singapore salary: SGD 5K Malaysia salary: MYR 7K Singapore salary: SGD 7K Or it would be lesser? Does the 10-25% job change hike still applies? (Let's take this as IT Technical job) Do share your thought |

QUOTE(Lester1987 @ Jun 21 2013, 11:01 AM) if you manage to get the same amount, then congrats. for me, my pay was RM3k in KL but I get $2.2k only when i get into Singapore. I see, thanks. QUOTE(hitsugaya2010 @ Jun 21 2013, 11:37 AM) Crazy haze.. QUOTE(JohnJon82 @ Jun 21 2013, 12:12 PM) Don't think it is based on your previous MY salary, more to what job you do and the SG market rate. I see, thanks. Going the other way round, I was offered a lower amount in Malaysia compared to Singapore recently. Like 5 RM and 10 SGD. |
