I used to use Streamyx 4mbps, I experienced no lag playing in both SEA and NA.Probably you have background programs running that hogs your bandwidth, like Torrent. Or, if you're on a home network, the other people connected run programs that hog the bandwidth.
Could you post a speed test result please?
