For those that can read Chinese...
QUOTE(Hologram AI)
Another interview with none other than Howard Chan. This time Hong Kong Figure Club did the interview with him.

Now there isn't a complete translation of the Q&A but HKFC said they will be posting it soon.

Here's a quick summary of key parts that he talks about.
If you want to read the entire thing, I'll be posting the entire translated QA when it's up.

1) A Pepper Potts figure will indeed be coming.
2) HT's will focus on Iron Man more than any other line. (Nothing new there)
3) Another Joker version may or may not come. Nothing has been decided but it's currently in dicussion.
4) HT VIP will be coming back.

Stick the flat screw driver to pry open at the side of the screw or the other side to b exact?

Now another headache. The screw for the chest reactor battery compartment was too tight, after trying a few time with force the screw head grove got loose. Any idea how can I get it open in this kinda condition?
*
A.K.A. stripping screw heads, as mentioned by "Pliskin" you're using improper screw-drivers for the screw heads, using proper screw-drivers "stripping" rarely occurs.

Solutions:
1. You can replace the screw, drill the head out, use pliers to twist the rest of the screw (stub) out.
2. Preferred solution: Essentially remake the grove on the screw head, by turning the plus philips head grove to a flat-head "minus" screw head. I use a rotary tool essential to any modelling hobbist: Dremel (like) with a fine-tip rotary bit to reshape the screw head that allows the use of a flat-head screw driver to twist open the screw, and best of all the screw is still re-usable.

As for the Lighted LED feet of Mk. II AU..... they don't come off easy mainly because of the paint adhering the pieces together... anything that will give you the proper leverage (large flat & thin head screw drive for example) will help you break the connection without causing much or minimal damage.... or you could just leave it in for the moment... I believe I have more than a dozen of these feet, that I just leave it as such (for the moment), leaking is a minor issue to me, the circuit is so easy to be made/rebuilt, and I have lost count, but I've around 50+ HT IronMens... (That'a around 500+ batteries, icon_idea.gif ticking time-bombs icon_idea.gif )

Wow....can share a photo of your ironmen?

Btw. Is all preorder in local toy store needs full payment? Nowadays the preorder is 6 months to 9 months...
*
Photo... maybe later, as I get them in order.. (which maybe never... icon_rolleyes.gif )

Human figures maybe as short as 4 months...Iron Men figures might be as long as 2 years... lately they have gotten it down to 10-11 months. Not all stores need full payment, and different stores have different policies... XL for example needs full payment for online PO... but just partial for store PO...

Yes,... but that's just skin colour testing... As for why, that's because it's an extremely popular re-cast HS

They do in a way... HT or 1/6 figures in general allows you to bash to your desire....

Some figure are meant to switch.... Barney Ross for example,,,

Most HT can do it (except Mk. 1)... the only thing PI maybe better is elbow articulation.... if you notice, PI posing as such it a very poor ground punching pose...

I've just recently pre-ordered 2 HT iron man on AmiAmi (Mark 42 and 17). Just wondering whether there's anything I should be aware of aside from custom taxes? Is it possible for them to get damaged during shipping to Msia? Sry but I new to this stuff.
*
WHY..... The only logical choice when purchase at retail price is to buy from local Malaysian distributor.

Your money goes to shipping, tax and higher retail price.... that's up to 30% additional cost
