after saw a few treat from this section...feel like wanna gym back cool2.gif
but the problem is,i'm lack of motivation, always gym for few weeks then stop, happened few times already...
feel like no progress at all except for my bicep, tricep and arm got bigger abit...
can't find any friend to gym with...really hard to lift heavy dumbbell without support man...
i used to gym with my experienced body builder friend, but he 'retired' already, know some basic step only...

so,mind sharing how you guys do it? can you do it alone?with what motivation?

last time my routine was
day 1 chest/abs with additional tricep and bicep training... 'about 30kg more or less'
day 2 shoulder 'about 15-20kg more or less'
day 3 back with additional tricep and bicep training 'about 45lbs more or less' (only use stationary machine to build my back)
day 4 repeat step 1 or rest 1 day...
WEIGHT above is inaccurate, cuz long time never gym and forget already...

do i work my tricep and bicep too much cause that my other muscle part wont grow?
and i don't consume any supplement,or should i?
and i never build my bottom part of my body,or should i?

my goal is wan to build 60%strength 40%muscle...
i do 12reps x 4 set for every set...

and my weight now is 73-74kg bulky fat, wide shoulder,165cm hight...

i wan get ripped and strong a!!!!!!!!!!! mad.gif

picture of last time during gym...about 71kg that time...im the bold guy...

It's all in the state of mind... If you want it HARD enough, you will go for it! You earn your body. Set your goal and be committed. It's that SIMPLE! (period)

motivation comes from within.

you want something bad enough you wouldnt need anything else. now you just 'kinda' want it. as for training solo, nothing wrong with it. its doable. alot of us here train solo all the time.

what you can do now is to;

- break down your goals into steps. the simpler the better
- find a way to achieve said goals.
- set a period of time to do it.

pretty much the same way you would do to solve everyday problems, i suppose. everything you need to know you can find on the net already.

Yeah I was never motivated to workout, due to how much I dreaded Squats, but once I hit past my PR, I loved it and couldn't stop. Of course motivation goes away, but it's not about how much you want the results, it's how much you want to train and grow as aperson.
