At the moment, we have:
1. [Seller] lists an [Item] for sale.
2. [Buyer] buys the lowest priced [Item] from the list.
the list is sorted so the lowest items are shown in the first page.

Buyer's Market would be:
1. [Buyer] lists an [Item] to buy.
2. [Seller] sells the [Item] to the highest bidder in the list.
the list is sorted so the highest bid items are shown in the first page.

Sell Price: 450.0000 gold
Buy Price: 389.0997 gold
Supply: 23
Demand: 943

Supply of 23 means 23 sellers are listing the item up for sale
Demand of 943 means 943 buyers are bidding for that item

New seller, who does not want to wait,
can sell the item to the highest buyer,
which is 389.0997 gold

New buyer, who does not want to wait,
can buy the item from the lowest seller,
which is 450.0000 gold
